**Job Summary**
As an Account Executive (AE) you are responsible for being the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. An AE builds and maintains long-term relationships with the account’s key business stakeholders (including the business owners, managers, and point of contact). A key responsibility of the AE is to nurture their account relationships by providing them with the best in class member service and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the members' needs and objectives. The Account Executive is only responsible for managing their assigned accounts.
- This role is based in Mexico City, and operates in a hybrid work environment, with a combination of office-based and remote work._
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting the assigned accounts, business stakeholder(s), and members, by being their main point of contact.
- Guide New and Renewal clients through the closing process if approved. This includes collecting closing documentation and assisting clients in signing loan contracts.
- Creating and maintaining long-lasting relationships. This includes follow-up in case your assigned account does not qualify for a loan.
- Being readily available to assist these accounts with questions, requests, and or concerns they have regarding their account. This includes working around the clock, within reasonable hours, to assist your clients' needs.
- Build trust and rapport with our members so that they are seen as a trusted business advisor and partners.
- Earn the members' loyalty so that they share the result of using our product and services with other people.
- Go out of your way to help your assigned accounts be successful in their business by sending them referrals, blogs, content, resourceful tools, and sharing events, workshops, and conferences that can help them grow their business.
**Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)**
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (Phone Sales, Customer Service, Strong Overcoming Objections)
- Capable of using technical software and having technical skills i/e Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Messaging Apps, Downloading and Uploading documents, Creating PDF documents
- Have a clear understanding of Business Finance (Cashflows and Income) and Principles of Credit (Fico Score, Credit Bureaus, Credit Utilization)
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month
