Proporcionar la misma experiência a través de todos nuestros canales disponibles, usando los datos recogidos para generar inteligencia de datos, ya sea para el negocio o mejorar la experiência de adquisición, comunicación con el usuario o cliente y mejorar la eficacia del área.
***¿Cómo será tu día a día?**:
- Gestionar los tickets y solicitudes de nuestros prospectos y clientes garantizando la calidad y agilidad en la solución brindada.
- Entender y buscar la solución más adecuada, investigando a fondo las oportunidades en nuestros procesos.
**¿A quién buscamos?**:
- Experiência anterior en áreas de atención al cliente dentro de bancos/Fintech/SOFOM.
- Alta capacidad de escucha activa y orientación al cliente.
- Excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
- Deseable conocimiento de la plataforma Zendesk.
- Empatía y flexibilidad de comunicación con grupos distintos.
- Deseo constante de aprender cosas nuevas.
- Será un diferencial tener experiência en startup..
