**Join Our Team as an Internal Sales Executive (ISE)**
As an Internal Sales Executive (ISE), you will play a crucial role in managing a set of assigned core accounts while also developing new ones. Your primary focus will be on exceeding both individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage assigned core accounts and develop new ones to exceed individual and team gross profit (GP) goals.
- Qualify opportunities and ensure supplier selection and pricing.
- Take ownership of meeting customer delivery commitments and providing an outstanding customer experience.
- Independently set and negotiate product/service pricing and manage your territory.
- Maintain and monitor metrics, collaborate with the team, and strive to achieve individual GP targets.
**Requirements**:
- Passionate and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components and global electronics manufacturing industry.
- High school degree or equivalent.
