**Responsabilidades principales del Puesto**:
Será el responsable de la de la operación de nuevos proyectos comerciales y ventas de nuevos productos y servicios, así como el mantenimiento y fidelización de cartera de clientes actuales y nuevos, será la imagen de la compañía a nível corporativo, su expertis será fundamental para la estrategia de desarrollo de nuevos proveedores y comercialización de servicios, así como el crecimiento organizacional del portafolio 2023 en sus productos y en General del Negocio, así como su Capital Humano.

**Perfil**:

- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química, Administración, Mercadotecnia, Comercialización o afín **(Graduado).**:

- Nível de Inglés **(Avanzado ) **----- conversacional B2-C1, COMPROBABLE.
- Disponibilidad de Horario y trabajo presencial en **EDOMEX - y/ o Cambio de Residencia.**:

- Profesionales acostumbrados al Front con el Cliente y acostumbrado a trabajar presentaciones corporativas.
- Habilidades de Autodirección, Organización y Planeación, además de excelente comunicación.
- Acostumbrado al trabajo por Objetivos y saber dirigir equipos de alto desempeño.
- Disponibilidad de tiempo Completo.
- **Especialista en Comercialización y Venta de INSUMOS INDUSTRIALES **(tratamiento de agua, pinturas y recubrimientos, minería, industria alimentaria y automotriz, exploración y perforación petrolera, cuidado personal y del hogar, limpieza y sanitización, industria metalmecánica).
- Dominio Avanzado en Ofimática (Microsoft-Outlook-Sales Forcé o CRM).
- **Contratación Inmediata.**

**Experiência**:

- 3 A 5 años en Dirección y Operación de proyectos Comerciales.
- Dirección General de Operaciones - Ventas-Networking-Nuevos Proyectos.
- Desarrollo de Redes de Proveedores y posicionamiento de Marca enfoque a ventas 100%.
- **SECTORES PRINCIPALES **:tratamiento de agua, pinturas y recubrimientos, minería, industria alimentaria y automotriz, exploración y perforación petrolera, cuidado personal y del hogar, limpieza y sanitización, industria metalmecánica.
- Desarrollo de Equipos de Alto rendimiento y manejo de personal en alta dirección.
- Facilidad de Mangement y DO.
- Especialista en Prospección, Mantenimiento de nuevas carteras de clientes y relaciones B2B.
- Estratega de Proyecciones Mensuales y PNL, además de procesos transaccionales.
