Como **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** en Blip, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el impulso y crecimiento de nuestro negocio. Serás el puente entre el equipo de marketing y el equipo de ventas, siendo responsable de generar oportunidades de venta cualificadas y alimentar el pipeline de ventas.
Para este rol buscamos un perfil ágil, dinámico, proactivo y orientado a resultados, capaz de trabajar en diferentes desafíos y con habilidades técnicas para el desarrollo de nuevos negocios. Un profesional que ama las ventas y sus desafíos, sabe comunicarse de manera clara y organizada y tiene ganas de crecer profesionalmente dentro de nuestro equipo de ventas.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições** Tus funciones**:
- Calificar rápida y eficientemente los leads generados mediante la aplicación de técnicas de preventa y el uso de materiales estratégicos;
- Comprender las necesidades de los clientes potenciales, brindando soluciones adecuadas de acuerdo al modelo de negocio y producto de Blip;
- Seguir el SLA Blip y garantice el cumplimiento de los objetivos de conversión;
- Seguimiento de paneles de datos y objetivos;
- Planificación, gestión y organización de tareas en CRM HubSpot;
- Garantizar el registro de datos en HubSpot CRM;
- Mapear y prospectar nuevas oportunidades de negocios;
**Requisitos e qualificações** ¿Qué esperamos de ti?**
- Identificar y prospectar activamente nuevos clientes potenciales mediante la investigación, el análisis de mercado y el uso de herramientas de ventas.
- Desarrollar estrategias efectivas para generar leads de calidad y mantener una base de datos actualizada.
- Iniciar y mantener conversaciones efectivas con prospectos a través de llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y redes sociales
- Utilizar criterios específicos para cualificar oportunidades y garantizar que solo se avance con leads prometedores.
- Trabajar estrechamente con los representantes de ventas para transferir leads cualificados y proporcionar información detallada sobre cada prospecto.
- Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y gestionar eficientemente el tiempo.
- Facilidad de comunicación e integración dentro y fuera del equipo.
- Capacidad para adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y aprender rápidamente.
**Hará una diferencia si tienes**
- Experiência y dominio de técnicas de prospección de leads (outbound).
- Experiência y/o conocimiento de tendencias en áreas tecnológicas con enfoque en comercio conversacional.
- Certificaciones digitales en ventas y marketing.
- Conocimiento de Hubspot CRM.
- Experiência en Apollo. Tener inglés avanzado.
