We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team at Platzi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through cold outreach and social media. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify potential business prospects and set up meetings between them and our Sales Executives. In addition to developing and refining cold emailing strategies, you will maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory and collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.


To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, as well as proficiency with CRM software and prospecting tools. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. English proficiency at a B1 level or higher is also required.



  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and social media.
  • Develop and enhance cold emailing strategies through A/B testing with the goal of increasing the meeting conversion rate.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop prospects based on their potential business needs using your own strategic approach.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Executives.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Attend and participate in sales pitch, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Meet and exceed quota targets related to the number of qualified opportunities generated.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
