**Custom Integrations and Webhooks**:

- Develop and maintain custom integrations and webhooks using PipeDream and Retool.
- Ensure seamless data flow and integration between various software tools and platforms.

**Front CRM Implementation**:

- Customize and configure Front CRM to align with our specific needs.

**Click Up Optimization**:

- Optimize Click Up for project management through advanced automation.
- Develop and implement scripts to streamline project workflows.

**Automation and Efficiency**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across the company.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

**Client Success Software Implementation**:

- Collaborate with our team to implement client-success software solutions.
- Assist in onboarding and integrating our first CRM to complement Front CRM and Click Up.

**Technical Support and Development**:

- Set up Single Sign-On (SSO) in Google Developer for federated login.
- Provide technical support for webhooks, APIs, and other integrations.
- Develop full-stack solutions to support business needs.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in programming languages, including JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, PHP, SQL, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript.
- Experience with integration platforms like PipeDream and Retool.
- Strong knowledge of webhooks, APIs, and automation tools.
- Expertise in optimizing project management tools like Click Up through automation.
- Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) setup in Google Developer.
- Full-stack development skills with the ability to develop and maintain custom solutions.
- Experience with implementing and onboarding CRM and client success software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
