**Sobre la posición ✨**
Buscamos a un Customer Onboarding Specialist que se sume al equipo de Customer Success. Serás la persona encargada de darle la bienvenida a nuestros nuevos clientes y gestionar el proceso de implementación del sistema, garantizando rapidez, alta calidad de servicio, ownership en cada etapa y un conocimiento profundo del sistema para integrar eficientemente en la operación del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**
- Detección de necesidades y expectativas del clientes para asegurar que el proceso de implementación se ajuste eficazmente
- Dominar a profundidad el funcionamiento y capacidades del software
- Construir relaciones sólidas y efectivas con los clientes ejecutando el proceso establecido y resolviendo posibles puntos de fricción
- Capacitar a los clientes de manera efectiva y resolver sus dudas durante el proceso para asegurar que comprendan y utilicen el sistema de forma óptima
- Colaborar eficientemente con los stakeholders para asegurar una experiência de calidad en la implementación y facilitar el traspaso de la cuenta a otros equipos
- Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente en cada etapa del proceso de implementación a través de una experiência y acompañamiento excepcional
- Compartir comentarios basados en las interacciones del cliente para mejorar el producto y la experiência de incorporación
**Habilidades**️**
- Amplia experiência en servicio al cliente, éxito del cliente, ventas y / o gestión de nuevas cuentas
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal
- Capacidad para traducir temas complejos a un lenguaje sencillo que los clientes puedan entender fácilmente sin conocimientos técnicos
- **Excelentes habilidades de colaboración, organización, gestión del tiempo, priorización y atención al detalle**:
- Gestionar múltiples clientes de forma simultánea
- Capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno en constante cambio

- Tener experiência en la industria de restaurantes y/o software
- Conocimiento y gusto por la tecnología
- Conocimiento de herramientas CRM, Whatsapp, Hubspot, Planhat
