**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As a Regional Sales Manager you will work on interesting and challenging opportunities in a highly motivated, team. You will be managing sales activités in the allocated region.

**Ho**w You’ll Make an Impact**
- Selling and account management activities
- Fae-to-face sales to new customers and cross/up/repeat sales to existing customers
- Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions
- Developing and delivering sales bids/proposals/presentations and conducting product demonstrations
- Developing medium to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with targeted customers
- Selling directly to the ultimate purchaser or indirectly through channel partners.

**Wh**at You Bring**
- A sound Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering degree
- Extensive Sales experience (+8 years preferred) with good knowledge in Siemens Energy product and specially in Turbo machineries.
- Sound knowledge of the industries in Mexico, Central America and Caribbean, specifically related to Power Generation, Sugar and Ethanol.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to effectively present information to higher management, public groups, Executive staff, the Management Committee and key client groups.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is necessary; fluency in Portuguese also will be good.
- Ability to travel mainly within Latin Americas and some intercontinental travel for up to or exceeding 40%,
