THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Onboarding Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients as they implement our software solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to facilitate training, gather requirements, and provide ongoing support during the transition period.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Conduct training sessions for onboarding employees on the use of our offender management software.
- Collaborate with project managers, software developers, and support teams to ensure a successful implementation.
- Gather and document the progress of those onboarding and feedback to senior management
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure all onboarding milestones are met.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to new employees during the onboarding phase.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and training materials.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance client satisfaction.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field / equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in onboarding, project management, or client support, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using software tools and technologies related to project management and training.
- Familiarity with offender management systems or justice systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent spoken and written English
