**Job Description**:
Work in the Technical department. Main scope of responsibility is to own multiple customer relationships with key responsibilities of ensuring customer satisfaction and technology growth, along with building long-term partnerships with Accor Group. He / She will be responsible for a team of field services and PMs
Support the CTS Team in achieving targets
Support Field Services team through effective guidance and support in handling difficult or complex situations
Assist in preparing Hotel Budget Guidelines for presentation to Hotel Leadership
Ensure of the delivery of the field services
Ensure of the satisfaction of the clients
Provide KPIs and Dashboard
**Qualifications**:
Expertise in Project Management - PMP or Prince2 certification preferred. University degree or equivalent
Inspired leader with teamwork approach
Strong conceptualization, analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal & written communication skills and presentation skills
Bilingual Spanish and English
University degree and equivalent
Leadership, Organization, Orientation to results, Decision making
