Como Representante de ventas AdMD desempeñarás un rol clave para especificación, seguimiento y capitalización de proyectos en la división de materiales avanzados, principalmente en el mercado Automotriz, Aeroespacial y de Vehículos Comerciales en todo México. En este rol podrás liderar la ejecución de ventas y proyectos relacionados a los mercados mencionados. Podrás relacionarte con las personas clave dentro y fuera de la organización a nível local, regional y global. Parte fundamental de esta posición será el buen relacionamiento con los diversos stakeholders de la cadena de valor como los OEMs, distribuidores, Tiers, convertidores, entre otros.
El impacto que tendrás en este rol
- Liderarás la ejecución de la estrategia del portafolio de materiales avanzados en el mercado Automotriz, Aeroespacial y de Vehículos Comerciales.
- Agregarás valor a nuestros clientes a través de la guía y el acompañamiento en oportunidades, de la mano de nuestro equipo técnico.
- Colaborarás con el resto del equipo dando retroalimentación, creando ideas, generando estrategias, liderando iniciativas, compartiendo insights y casos de éxito.
- Administrarás las relaciones comerciales con clusters, asociaciones, clientes actuales y potenciales.
Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos
- Formación Ingenieril, Ingeniería Mecánica, Industrial o Química preferentemente.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en ventas técnicas, industrialización/especificación de productos o ingeniería de aplicaciones.
- Inglés fluido
- Manejo de herramientas de ventas, CRM, redes (LinkedIn), Teams, Office.
- Disponibilidad de viajar al menos 50% del tiempo.
- Conocimiento y experiência en el mercado Automotriz.
Experiência y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:
- Experiência en gestión de proyectos Spec-in.
- Conocimiento y experiência en el mercado Aeroespacial.
- Maestría en Materiales o MBA.
- Entrenamiento Six Sigma
