Role Summary

As a Sales Engineer for Innovative Fiber Solutions (IFS), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion in the LATAM region for Heat Resistant Textile products.

Working closely with the regional Market Manager of the Americas, you will develop and execute sales strategies to maintain and grow the current business and profitability in the automotive and container glass industries.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales, profitability targets, and must-win battles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to provide innovative solutions and expand sales.
  • Provide quarterly business reports for each major customer and organize slide decks for in-person or virtual meetings.
  • Prepare and present an annual and semi-annual tactical plan to global segment and commercial director.
  • Embody the role of consultant and troubleshooter with the accounts to improve overall performance and maximize value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical sales and account management experience.
  • Deep experience with value-added products and solutions selling in industrial markets.
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English.
  • Experience in the glass industry is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Strong drive to defend and grow the business.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or Engineering.
