Sales Director for US Market Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development and Support Director to lead our SDR team in Mexico serving the US market. This role will drive the growth of our customer base in the US and ensure a strong presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and managing a team of Senior Sales Development Representatives and Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the US market.
  3. Monitoring and evaluating the team's performance, providing coaching and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align the strategy with broader company objectives.
  5. Creating and maintaining a high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards.
  6. Utilizing Salesforce to manage team performance.
  7. Providing detailed analysis to inform management decisions.
  8. Developing training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  9. Working closely with HR to recruit a high-caliber team and ensure the team is fully staffed.
  10. Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring the team is on board to support marketing and sales efforts.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a fast-paced tech or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of the US market and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
