**Características**:
- Experiência: 3 a 5 años en el área Comercial en Freight Forwarder, manejando fletes multimodales (aéreo, marítimo y terrestre).
- Educación: Lic. Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Comercialización, o a fines **(indispensable)**.
- Competencias principales: Comunicación asertiva, persuasión, ética, perseverancia, negociación, tolerancia a la frustración y orientación a resultados.
**- Contar con cartera de clientes de importación Asia - LATAM (Comprobable)**
**Funciones clave**:
- Implementar estrategias de ventas efectivas, de acuerdo con los objetivos de la empresa, para superar las metas de ingresos.
- Captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, ampliando la cartera de clientes y estableciendo relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
- Liderar las negociaciones comerciales con clientes y cerrar acuerdos que beneficien tanto a la empresa como al cliente.
- Mantener y desarrollar relaciones con clientes existentes, asegurando un alto nível de satisfacción y fidelización.
- Buena comunicación interáreas para solución de conflictos, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente.
