**ALGORITHMICS es una escuela internacional de Programación para niños de 6 a 17 años de edad, con más de 860,000 estudiantes activos en todo el mundo. La compañía fue fundada en 2016 por Andrey Lobanov. Comenzamos como cursos de educación extracurricular para niños en Moscú y desde entonces hemos crecido más de 10 veces. Hoy en día tenemos un modelo de franquicia con más de 500 socios en 91 países en todo el mundo. Al estudiar en nuestras escuelas, los niños aprenden no solo programación y matemáticas, sino también a desarrollar otras habilidades esenciales para el siglo XXI, como la comunicación, el trabajo en equipo, la creatividad, el pensamiento analítico y el pensamiento lógico.

Nuestro objetivo clave en 2023, es lograr un desarrollo internacional. Estamos buscando un Especialista que comparta nuestros valores y fortalezca nuestro equipo de desarrollo comercial para superar juntos nuestros objetivos.

**Actividades**:

- Buscar activamente nuevos socios en el grupo de países asignados, a través de la generación de leads (procesamiento de solicitudes entrantes, registro y apoyo de leads a lo largo del embudo de ventas en el CRM);
- Realizar negociaciones comerciales con posibles socios, desde el primer contacto hasta la oferta final, a través de herramientas de comunicación de audio y video. Por lo general, el proceso de negociación dura de 1 a 3 meses;
- Interactuar con el Departamento de Desarrollo Internacional de Franquicias para el exitoso lanzamiento del nuevo franquiciado;
- Trabajar con el equipo de Marketing para aumentar las ventas de franquicias, generar comentarios sobre el proceso de búsqueda y conversión de leads.Esperamos que: Tengas al menos 1 año de experiência en ventas, preferiblemente a clientes internacionales;
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Eres independiente en la toma de decisiones, aprendes rápido, estás abierto a nuevas ideas y listo para implementarlas de la manera más eficiente.

**Un gran plus si**:

- Tienes experiência en desarrollo de negocios o ventas;
- Tienes experiência en ventas de franquicias.
