**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Nationally recognized leader in Credit Restoration expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, professional, and goal-oriented Call Center Supervisor to our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for the overall success of an assigned team of sales representatives.
You will be responsible for building, and managing a winning team of phone-based sales representatives.

The focus of this role is to drive sales by helping each seller reach a goal.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with a team of various sales managers who have different and separate responsibilities, but common company targets mentioned above.

Help build and manage an initial team of representatives.

Help maintain a culture of teamwork, determination, and respect by living up to those values daily and ensuring the sales team does the same.

Lead efforts to increase productivity and efficiency by actively monitoring new leads, follow-ups, and appointments.

Report on metrics to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Manage lead flow through a series of CRM views, reports, and phone system routing

Ensures data integrity through the verification of data entry in the CRM

Measures performance against goals and evaluates results

Lead teams meetings to keep the team updated, informed, and educated

Motivate and engage team throughout the day, week, and month though chats/calls

Stay current with new campaigns, updates to programs, pricing and promotions

Ensure legal compliance policies and procedures are met

Understands the importance of managing different sales personalities and gives 100% effort to improve each sales professional

**Job Requirements**:
Past Supervisor experience within a call center environment

Drive and motivate the team to exceed expectations

Demonstrated performance in high volume work environment

Competitive in nature, and a desire to outperform your peers

**Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:
Work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism

Effective time management skills

Strong English comunication skills

Good communication skills - both written and verbal

Strong fundamental understanding of sales processes

Strong Analytical Skills

Advanced Computer skills

**Salary**: $6,500.00 - $7,500.00 per week

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Cold Calling: 1 year (preferred)
