**TITLE**:Technical Support Specialist
**LOCATION**:Merida, Yucatán, Mexico
**SALARY RANGE**:20,000 to 25,000 MXN (Net) based on experience

Our headquarters are in West Palm Beach, Florida and we have offices in Miami - Florida,
Daphne - Alabama, Pascagoula - Mississippi, Columbus - Georgia, Mexico City - Mexico, and Merida - Mexico

You will be part of an exciting and fast-growing Technical Support organization that is cross-trained and multifunctional. Your team is our first line of defense and it's responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and our Field Service Engineers.
- Rely on the team’s Support and Lead Engineers to resolve customers' technical issues.
- Answer incoming calls from customers with technical requests
- Replicate, troubleshoot, and describe customers reported issues
- Properly document all communication in our internal client support system
- Achieve and maintain targeted call statistics such as number of calls answered, number of cases closed or issues resolved, along with other established goals.
- Escalate top priority, production-critical issues to the appropriate technical departments (NOC, SOC, DevOps, or Dev)
- Open support tickets with third-party vendors when necessary

**Experience**
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal is required
- 1+ year supporting PC hardware and software
- Help desk / technical troubleshooting experience
- Technical knowledge of networking protocols and related technologies
- Basic knowledge of malware, intrusion detection, and prevention systems
- Experience working with various Windows Server and Client OS versions
- Experience with MS O365 and standard windows-based programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
