- Gestión de relaciones: Habilidad para mantener relaciones con clientes y partes interesadas.
- Gestión de proyectos: Planificación y ejecución de proyectos CX.
- Liderazgo y gestión de equipos: Capacidad para liderar equipos multifuncionales.
- Comunicación: Efectividad en la comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Resolución de conflictos: Manejo de quejas y conflictos.
- Pensamiento estratégico: Alineación de CX con los objetivos de la empresa.
**Conocimientos Técnicos**:
- Análisis de datos: Interpretación de datos de satisfacción del cliente.
- Mapeo del customer journey: Creación y análisis de recorridos del cliente.
- Gestión de CRM: Uso de software CRM.
- Tecnología de CX: Familiaridad con herramientas como Zendesk y Qualtrics.
- Automatización y omnicanalidad: Integración de canales y automatización de servicios.
- Diseño de servicios: Aplicación de principios de diseño centrado en el cliente.
- UX/UI: Comprensión básica de diseño de interfaces y experiência de usuario.
