BILINGÜE INGLÉS/ESPAÑOL.
ACTIVIDADES:
- TOMAR PAGOS Y SABER ORIENTAR A LOS CLIENTES PARA REALIZAR PAGOS POR SU CUENTA.
- SEPA CÓMO LEER LOS SALDOS DE PRÉSTAMOS Y REALIZAR AJUSTES DE PAGO
- COMPROMISO DE RESOLUCIÓN EN PRIMERA LLAMADA, CON SENTIDO DE URGENCIA Y MÁXIMA PROFESIONALIDAD.
MINIMIZAR LA TRANSFERENCIA DE LLAMADAS TELEFÓNICAS DE UN DEPARTAMENTO A OTRO.
- GARANTIZA LA PRESTACIÓN DE UN EXCELENTE SERVICIO AL CLIENTE A TRAVÉS DEL PROCESAMIENTO RÁPIDO Y EXACTO DE LLAMADAS, COMUNICACIÓN Y COORDINACIÓN CON OTROS DEPARTAMENTOS PARA RESOLVER CONSULTAS.
- RESPONDER PREGUNTAS RELACIONADAS CON LOS SEGUROS, INCLUYENDO EL ESTADO DE LOS RECLAMOS Y LA INFORMACIÓN BÁSICA DE LOS RECLAMOS.

TURNO: 9:00-19:00 - 12:00-21:00 / DÍAS LIBRES DOMINGO Y 1 DÍA DURANTE LA SEMANA
SALARIO Y BENEFICIOS:
16,500 BRUTOS MENSUALES ($3,200 NETOS SEMANALES)+ BONO 4500 MENSUALES (2% FONDO DE AHORRO, 1,400 CUPONES DE COMIDA, BONO DE NAVIDAD DE 20 DÍAS).
