Team Overview:
The role will be responsible for generating data-driven insights for decision-making in a fast-paced environment, solving and identifying real problems, and translating them into clear and meaningful actions. At this role you will work with the Safety and Security Online team and you will be leading the AntiFraud and Onboarding Strategy across Spanish-Speaking LatAm.
In this role, you will need to have a solid foundation in Product management and data insights, be able to handle several work streams from a strategic perspective, and stakeholder management in LatAm and China.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead Onboarding and AntiFraud teams for Latin America, supporting business growth and improving plattform’s safety through innovative solutions for the company.
- Build and align strategy and product roadmap with Latin American business and tech teams.
- Critically analyze existing initiatives and strategies to identify improvement opportunities across the countries.
- Lead and manage projects, balancing user experience improvements while minimizing the negative impact of multiple challenges along the way.
- Develop frameworks for all initiatives, clearly communicate to relevant stakeholders and be responsible for achieving key metrics of the business.
- High vendor management experience and stakeholder management is needed to work cross-functionally and globally with other teams across central operations, products, city teams, etc.
Role Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a technical or quantitative/business-oriented field.
- 4+ years of experience in consulting or project management in tech companies, payments industry, or financial services. Experience in AntiFraud risk management, fintech, and/or e-commerce will be a plus.
- With the ability to execute complex strategic and operational initiatives, with excellent team leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Demonstrable track record of stakeholder management and end-to-end project leadership.
- Strong communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Detail-oriented and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and quality.
- Comfortable working in a geographically distributed and cross-functional, multicultural environment.
