**_What will you be doing as a Service Desk Analyst?_**
- Ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Performing end-user technical support, troubleshooting, and tuning for end-user hardware and systems, peripheral hardware (ie, printers/copiers, etc.), and initial triage for client network environments
- Using Active Directory administration
- Analyzing and recommending alternative solutions to meet the customer needs
- Mobile Phone Support
**_What are the requirements?_**
- Experience supporting and administration of VPN clients
- Excellent customer service skills with Advanced English language
- Windows 10 and Office 365 troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of SharePoint
- Experience using ticketing software such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, or Remedy
- High school diploma, college graduates preferred
**_What is the location, shift, and pay?_**
- Monterrey, NL
- **Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm, hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote**:
- 15K - 17K pesos monthly
