**Voyagu** is a San Francisco-based travel management platform and marketplace connecting clients with travel advisors and suppliers to pay less, get more organized travel, and have quick access to human support.

Our machine learning-based search engine does search much faster to provide clients with personalized offerings cheaper than online prices. The platform allows easy entry into the travel field, even if the person doesn't have previous experience as a travel agent. It backs the automation of trip management, post-booking, and workflow effectiveness to free up time for the travel advisor to provide better client support and empathetic problem-solving.

We are expanding our business and looking for a **Head of Sales, Mexico City**.
The Head of Sales will lead and manage the Sales Account Managers organization to increase performance, coach the team for greater success, and ensure the highest possible level of service is provided to our clients to cater to their travel needs and all queries are met with the most effective solutions.

**We Expect You To Have**:

- min 5+ years experience in building and managing effective sales teams of 50+ FTEs;
- min 3+ years of experience in leadership roles and proven leadership skills;
- record in establishing and managing sales organizations and developing high-performing sales talents;
- strong, proven record in achieving sales targets, driving growth, and leveraging available resources;
- experience in building and delivering effective sales enablement programs;
- excellent organizational and management skills;
- experience in coaching and mentoring employees;
- strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate;
- problem-solving skills & learning agility;
- international background or experience working with US clientele.
- fluency in English;

**What You Will Do**:

- Driving the total Sales revenue to the indicated regional team of Sales Account Managers;
- Ensuring sustainable performance of our Sales Account Managers team, utilizing all available tools and resources;
- Define, develop and execute Sales growth strategies;
- Ensure both new SAMs and existing meet and exceed the goals as indicated in quarterly and annual budgets;
- Proactively identify new opportunities to increase Sales results and follow them up;
- Ensure Sales Account Managers sustainable development and growth into position and role;
- Ensure high process standards are delivered;

**Work Hours**:

- Your work hours will be in sync with the U.S. time zones.
