Estamos buscando BDM con conocimientos FF (no se tomaran en cuanta personas que no tengan experiência FF) comprobales minimos de 6 años para trabajar directamente con importante empresa Logistica.

Experiência:

- Establecer un plan para la alcanzar las metas a través de la generación de nuevas oportunidades
- Cumplimiento de KPI's según políticas de la empresa.
- Desarrollar planes y estrategias alineadas a las tendencias de mercado de nuestros clientes para lograr atraer la atención de nuestros clientes a través de un pensamiento estratégico.
- Establecer y mantener la comunicación con los clientes nuevos y existentes, entrega de reportes, administración de proyectos y desarrollo de estrategias.
- Determinar las áreas de crecimiento orgánico y capitalizarlas en nuevas oportunidades.
- Generar propuestas consultivas en conjunto con otros Departamentos como Procurement & Pricing para cumplir los compromisos con los clientes.
- Presentar propuestas económicas a los clientes (cara a cara).
- Gestionar las reuniones de implementación de clientes nuevos, asegurando una transición óptima con todas las áreas involucradas.
- Establecer un buen entendimiento de los negocios para asegurar ofrecer un servicio de excelencia bajo los compromisos establecidos.
- Realizar análisis de mercados para crear estrategias comerciales, que permitan la expansión y desarrollo de negocios.
- Controlar las actividades comerciales a través de las herramientas proporcionadas por la empresa "CRM"
- Mantener actualizado el CRM según las políticas de la empresa.
- Preparar y presentar QBR's

Perfil de puesto

Nível académico mínimo requerido: Licenciatura o Ingeniería.

Estatus de nível académico: Titulado.

Área de formación educativa requerida: Comercio Internacional o afín.

Sftware requerido: Paquetería Office (Nível Intermedio)

Idioma requerid: Inglés (Intermedio escrito y leído).

Requiere experiência previa: Sí, de 6+ años aproximadamente. En empresas del top 20 (Kuehne & Nagel, UPS, DHL, Fedex, Schenker)

- Se requiere experiência en ventas comprobada en empresas de Freight Forwarding.
- Deseable que haya operado transporte marítimo, terrestre o aéreo.
- Dominio en la venta de la mayoría de los siguientes servicios:
a)Transporte Terrestre / Nacional e Internacional

b)Transporte Marítimo

c)Arrastre de contenedores

d)Transporte Aéreo

e)Aduanas
- Cartera de clientes comprobable.
- Dominio de la región Centro (CDMX, Estado de México, Puebla, Morelos)

Requiere: Automovil y licencia de manejo.

Sueldo mensual: $50,000 Libres de impuestos (Mensual)

Bonos o comisiones: Elegible a plan de comisiones según las políticas de la empresa. Se adjunta archivo.

Prestaciones: De Ley.

Tipo de contratación: Indeterminado con 3 meses de prueba.
