Profesional con experiência en gestión contable, nómina, seguridad social y administrativa. Responsable de llevar a cabo la elaboración, mantenimiento y cumplimiento a los diferentes flujos operativos, de proceso y reporte en las siguientes áreas y actividades, tanto a nível interno como con Clientes Corporativos
1. Registro de Prestadoras de Servicios Especializados u Obras Especializadas (REPSE)
2. Reporte de Nómina y prestaciones sociales.
3. Facturación electrónica - Conocer a detalle la integración de documentación soporte para llevar a cabo proceso de revisión a portales con diferentes clientes.
4. Elaboración, preparación y presentación de los diferentes reportes contables y financieros para clientes corporativos, como licitaciones, auditorías e integración de bases de datos.
5. Seguimiento y custodia de documentación legal: contratos, licitaciones, ordenes de compra y demás instrumentos inherentes a acuerdos comerciales.
6. Experiência básica en el manejo de reportes como gestión y administración de personal, medio ambiente, manejo de bases de datos por contratos, ordenes de compra.
Actividades para Realizar:
1. Elaboración y Preparación de reportes para el REPSE. Conforme a los calendarios de actividades y reporte establecidos por las autoridades y clientes respectivos.
2. Control y gestión de la base de datos por Contratos. Contacto de comunicación entre la parte legal de ACM, clientes y entidades gubernamentales.
3. Administración, control y seguimiento a Órdenes de Compra, proyectos corporativos, entrega de información financiera, así como el proceso de análisis respectivo derivado de esta administración. Petróleos Mexicanos y cualquier dependencia Gubernamental que requiera actuación y seguimiento de contratos, licencias, auditorias.
4. Análisis y elaboración del reporte de sustentabilidad, a través de la oportuna recopilación de datos proveniente de diferentes fuentes de información, generado por las áreas contables, compras y legal con la finalidad de reportar en tiempo.

Contador Público - Administrador de Empresas - Finanzas
Experiência:
5 años en Contabilidad, Administración, Conocimientos básicos en la integración de cuentas de Nómina. Consolidación y control de información en bases de datos. Análisis y presentación de reportes.
