Your responsibilities at Clorox:

As a Financial Accountant within our Corporate Accounting Team, you will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional partners to manage monthly and quarterly closing tasks in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

In this position, you will:

  • Execute monthly and quarterly accounting closing processes.
  • Conduct Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
  • Identify and support process enhancement initiatives to boost overall efficiency in your domain.
  • Implement monthly internal controls.
  • Provide timely support for external and internal audits as required.
  • Assist with special project assignments as necessary.

What we seek:

  • Strong analytical skills in accounting.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent prioritization abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work collaboratively in teams and with cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in PC Applications (Microsoft Office preferred).
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the accounting field.

Work arrangement:

Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office.
