**As our Assistant to the Headmistress’ Office, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in general, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, managing requisitions, and providing attentive customer service. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our campus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the school headmistress in daily administrative tasks
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and coordination of meetings
- Prepare requisitions and maintain organized records
- Provide support to staff, students, and parents as needed
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Maintain flexibility, patience, and discretion in all interactions
- Utilize Gsuite for efficient task management

**Requirements**:

- University degree or incomplete degree in related areas such as Business Administration, Education, or similar fields
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
