Are you looking for a FANTASTIC opportunity to work from home? Do you have great computer skills, IT knowledge, and a professional phone voice? Join our fast growing team of business to business outbound sales appointment setters for clients related to the IT field. This is a contractor agreement, non-commissioned outbound role that requires attention to detail and adherence to process and policy. We don't need "closers", we need people who sound great on the phone, have a basic knowledge of information technology, like problem solving and talking to people, and who take excellent notes. The goal of this job is to set appointments. Our IT clients do the actual sales presentation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Being punctual for all shifts
- Communicate via outbound telephone calls with prospective customers.
- Accurately document & update records in required systems, taking detailed notes for each call you make.
- Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectively.
- Meet expected hourly call performance levels, weekly performance goals and monthly targets.
- Contributing to the success of your team and the company.
- ENLISH SPEAKING A MUST

QUALIFICATIONS:
- **EXPERIENCED CALLERS NEEDED BUT WILLING TO TRAIN**:
- Computer proficiency, including basic computer skills, internet search skills and data entry
- Excellent English language skills, including written, spoken and effective communication skills
- At least one year of continuous experience in a customer service focused role-**WITH OUTBOUND TELEMARKETING EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED**:
- A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)

COMPENSATION: Starting between $11.00(USD) per hour AND $12.00(USD) per hour (depending on experience). In addition to base pay-we have an EXCELLENT bonus platform-where if you are good at your job-your income potential SKYROCKETS
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time Monday to Friday
BENEFITS: No Weekends-contracted position no benefits
