Role Overview:
Green Wave Ingredients is seeking an experienced Sales Account Representative to drive sales growth and market leadership. As a key member of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

About the Job:
This role offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial part in driving sales and contributing to our growth strategy. We are looking for a superstar who has excellent English communication skills and experience with making phone sales. If you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and knowledge of CRM tools like Hubspot and Netsuite, we want you to join our team.

Responsibilities:
* Daily Communication: Responding to customer requests professionally and in a timely manner, communicating with other departments to successfully fulfill customer requests, and developing communication patterns and relationships with new accounts.
* Converting Accounts: Convert cold leads to prospects, new accounts to purchasing customers, develop relationships with these accounts, research the company and the integrity of their business, offline customers to online customers, identify the potential of the customer and the needs, and stay in communication with customer about future opportunity.
* Order Entry: Process all new offline Purchase Orders.
* Ingredient Quoting: Assist Customers in providing accurate pricing and availability for interested ingredients.
* Account Management: Assigned small accounts to develop, maintain and bring new business on, contact customers to share about weekly/monthly promotions.

Requirements:
* Must have a Valid passport.
* With at least 1 year of Phone Sales or Phone Sales Support experience.
* Preferably with 1 year of experience as a Call Center Representative.
* With at least 1 year of data/order entry experience.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* MUST be excellent with English communication both written and verbal.
