Estamos buscando al mejor talento para la posición **de Strategic Account Manager National Accounts **que estará localizada en **Mexico City, Mexico.**

**Propósito**:El Gerente de Soluciones Estratégicas Cuentas Centrales es el responsable del diseño de estrategias de aseguramiento de ventas en cuentas regionales, coordinando esfuerzos y supervisando operaciones con para la correcta formalización y avance de contratos.
Es el punto de contacto principal para todos los asuntos clave de las cuentas a su cargo, se anticipa a sus necesidades y trabaja dentro de la empresa para garantizar que se satisfagan sus necesidades con la prioridad de beneficiar a más pacientes y contribuir con los objetivos de la compañía y de una manera específica a las necesidades de las unidades de negocio

Agrega valor al diseñar estrategias y asegurarse de la correcta implementación y seguimiento de las mismas, identificación de riesgos y diseño de planes de mitigación de los mismos. Asegura la ejecución de los planes con el equipo que tiene a su cargo, manteniendo estándares de calidad y ética profesional.

**Principales responsabilidades**:
1) Diseñar estrategias de ventas de las cuentas institucionales centrales y de acceso en instituciones centralizadas, asegurando su implementación y con coordinación del equipo de ventas a gobierno a su cargo
2) Maximimizar las oportunidades de negocio de las cuenta a su cargo, consolidando información del equipo regional de ventas a gobierno; identificación de potenciales socios comerciales
3) Seguimiento de coberturas de cuentas centrales así como monitoreo de KPI establecidos en planes de manejo de cuenta institucionales, así como establecimiento de cuotas y pago de incentivos
4) Coordinar esfuerzos con lideres comerciales para generar crecimiento en cuentas centrales, así como con el equipo de acceso, alineado a estrategia de ventas a gobierno de la compañía
5) Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas y código de conducta del equipo a su cargo

- Experiência Requerida: Mínimo 3 años en ventas a gobierno como KAM, Gerente de Distrito
- Título profesional requerido Maestría en progreso o terminada
- Idiomas: Inglés Avanzado
- Manejo de herramientas de informática: Microsoft Office
