This role will lead, develop and deploy enterprise tools and platforms to support RGM and Commercial initiatives including RGM specialized solutions under the 7C´s commercial ecosystem.

Also, will ensure a sustainable competitive advantage in building the next generation of capabilities, including, process to be, routines and change management in the organization to properly incorporate capabilities in the business decisions process; enable deployment across TCCS to best support our portfolio and revenue & profit strategies.

Utilize a transformative strategy that incorporates machine learning, artificial intelligence, digital analytics, and statistical techniques to enhance performance. By implementing these cutting-edge capabilities, we anticipate unlocking impact on revenue, SOV growth, and profit expansion opportunity within the LATAM region.

**Resposabilities**:

- Expand capabilities across multiple countries by managing organizational change, implementing performance management systems, facilitating executive-level communications, creating comprehensive documentation, and developing upskilling strategies to promote adoption.
- Lead educational initiatives such as bootcamps, workshops, and roadshows for immersive learning experiences, while establishing a School of Analytics & Technology (SOAT) to facilitate analytics/digital transformation.
- Collaborate with the Analytics Hub for infrastructure scaling and seamless implementation across all territories.
- Oversee discussions regarding new tool deployments and integration in partnership with RGM Global.
- Take charge of system orchestration for the development, scaling, and adoption of RGM Capabilities, working closely with various KO stakeholders from diverse areas including Marketing Category, Human Insights, Strategy, local KO teams, HUBs, Franchise, Frontline MKT, Commercial, and Bottling system Marketing Teams.
- Engage and collaborate with OU's Category Leads, Zone Franchise VPs/Directors, Commercial HUB Leads, Bottler Leads (Commercial and Marketing), international connections with other OU's (Heads and Directors), and Global Commercial leaders from C&CL.
- Establish strong relationships at senior organization levels; articulate long-term vision through clear and concise messaging.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 12+ years of commercial experience, with mastery in Commercial strategy, RGM (Revenue Growth Management), and Franchise Leadership, as well as proven experience in managing Enterprise systems from development through deployment and maintenance
- Strong strategic & systematic thinking (forward-looking vision and anticipating of future needs) Identification of market opportunities and ability to create value.
- Data & analytical skills - ability to lead a “big data” based capability to create business value, and draw actionable insights.
- Enterprise tool development and deployment experience. Understand what it takes to design, build, support, and continuously improve large scale tools in diverse and complex environments.
- Ability to make the complex simple & influence others for change management and incorporate new ways of work towards the RGM System of the future.

**Master**: Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, RGM, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management. Proven: Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills. Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial, digital, franchise and customer management.

**Nice to Have**: Consumer Marketing, Marketing Channel Strategy, Trade Marketing.
