**Description**:
Es el primer contacto de la compañía ante los distribuidores, responsable de garantizar las expectativas de venta, la correcta administración de las cuentas en el territorio asignado, así como actividades de generación de demanda y el liderazgo del equipo de representantes referente al portafolio de semillas de la región.
**Esta posición tendrá base en Mérida, Yucatán.**
**Activities**
- Es el contacto directo de la compañía con clientes, agencias y representantes de venta para la zona de Chiapas.
- Mantener comunicación directa con la cadena involucrada - agencia / reps / agricultores para atender cualquier necesidad del negocio, a través del seguimiento de órdenes de compra, retraso en surtimiento de productos, devoluciones, descuentos, promociones, aplicación de notas de crédito y notas de cargo, etc.
- Sell out.
- Liderar actividades de generación de demanda.
- Liderar representantes de ventas Corteva.
- Gestionar notas de crédito / débitos correspondientes derivadas del cumplimiento de programas de incentivos, ajustes comerciales, etc.
- Dar seguimiento junto con el área de crédito a las líneas de crédito y cobranza.
- Dar seguimiento puntual al forecast ó pronóstico de ventas por hibrido.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de ventas de Corteva con sus partners asignados.
- Responsable de la administración del recurso de Corteva.
- Informar a la agencia & reps independientes sobre las condiciones comerciales autorizadas.
- Dar seguimiento al plan de volumen por reps de agencia e independientes, informando puntualmente sobre el avance del mismo con la finalidad de garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas acordadas.
- Es responsable de actualizar de manera mensual el forecast.
- Soporte con CSR y crédito para todo lo relacionado al negocio.
- Responsable de la asignación de units por hibrido entre sus reps asignados.
- Mantener la atención periódica con los principales productores de la zona.
**Qualifications**:
- Liderazgo.
- Comunicación efectiva.
- Habilidad de negociación.
- Conocimiento financiero.
- Conocimiento del mercado maíz, superficies, inversión por hectárea, conocimiento de la competencia.
- Área de estudio: agronomía.
- Nível de estudio: maestría.
- Inglés: intermedio.
