About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Medical Territory Sales Manager for our CDMX office. This key position requires a professional with a degree in nursing, health, or related fields, and a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Territory Manager or Account Manager in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present complex information to various audiences.



Job Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets for the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:



  • Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, including heads of nursing and surgery in hospitals and surgical centers
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts with distributors of medical supplies
  • Providing product training and support to customers and distributors
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales performance in Salesforce


Requirements


The successful candidate must have:



  • A degree in nursing, health, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Territory Manager or Account Manager in Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel on assigned territory by land for customer portfolio service


Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Ansell offers a competitive benefits package, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
