**Tus principales funciones serán**:

- Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las aplicaciones y procesos del HUB asociadas al punto de venta.
- Gestión del helpdesk local, así como los proveedores de soporte definidos por HQ para el servicio del HUB.
- Supervisión de la resolución de incidencias técnicas de nível 1 y 2. Apoyándose en HQ para las que requieran nível 3.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los SLA pactados con HQ y el equipo de negocio.
- Soporte a los usuarios para garantizar un uso correcto de las herramientas y sistemas.
- Formación a los usuarios en nuevas funcionalidades.
- Liderazgo de proyectos de desarrollo tecnológico de requerimientos específicos de los países del HUB.
- Identificación y propuesta de nuevas funcionalidades para la mejora de procesos.
- Gestión de aperturas/cierres/refits de Tiendas.

**Requisitos**:
**¿Qué te hará triunfar en la posición?**
- Titulación Universitaria en Sistemas de la Información.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en IT.
- Nível de inglés avanzado. Esto sería un super hit
- Conocimientos en telecomunicaciones, configuración de equipamiento informático (terminales, impresoras,)
- Imprescindible disponibilidad horaria.
- Conocimiento de metodología ITIL.
- Conocimientos en punto de venta, procesos y operaciones del sector.
