A Day in the Life
- Promoción y venta de tecnología médica / equipo capital para neurocirugia.
- Construcción y desarrollo de relaciones comerciales a largo plazo con los principales stakeholders de los hospitales (directivos, médicos, enfermería, compras, etc).
- Prospección de clientes potenciales para la venta e implementación de proyectos de equipo capital para neurocirugia.
- Evaluación de las principales necesidades de cada uno de los clientes y así ofertar una solución de valor para cada uno de ellos.

For this role, you are required to work Flex (field, on site, and at home). The travel is between Mexico City and central & northern states of the country (40% of the time). Medtronic does not cover the cost of relocation to Mexico City.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Promotes and sells Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals
- Responsible for pursues leads, assesses needs, and provides product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services
- Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities
- Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (in medical device companies)
- Experience entering the operating room
- Experience using Salesforce
- Basic financial knowledge
Knowledge of Navigator, O-arm, Midas Craniotome portfolio is an advantage.
