**Customer Acquisition Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
**As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and success. This involves developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them get the most value from the company's products or services.**
**- Lead generation and qualification for the Customer Success department, establishing**

**first contact with prospects and creating sales opportunities. Its objective is to drive**

**business growth by identifying and attracting qualified leads.**
**- Constant follow-up and nurturing of qualified leads that are not ready to buy at the initial**

**means, providing additional information, answering questions and maintaining interest until they are ready to move forward in the sales process.**

**implementing improvements.**
**- Collaboration with the Customer Success team will work closely with the team, providing**

**detailed information on qualified leads and interactions performed. This helps the team**

**to better understand the needs and characteristics of prospects, and to tailor their sales strategies more effectively.**
**- Analytics and reporting, collects and analyzes data related to prospecting and lead**

**generation activities. This includes tracking metrics such as the number of calls made,**

**evaluate the performance and effectiveness of prospecting strategies and make informed decisions.**
