[Responsibilities]:
Support the Partner Department in making calls and scheduling appointments with potential new partners.
Follow up on leads from the database, ensuring effective communication and providing excellent customer service.
Conduct cold calls to follow up with potential partners, nurturing and generating interest in our products and services.
Work dynamically and ambitiously, striving to achieve goals and bonuses based on performance metrics.
Handle metrics and track performance to meet targets, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Assist in managing the base of data leads, ensuring accurate and updated information for effective outreach.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration with the partners team, fostering a seamless partnership and ensuring customer satisfaction.
[Department Goals]: The Partner Department aims to expand the network of partnerships to generate client referrals from our partners, connecting business owners in need of capital and business services with our team. Key goals include:
Expand Network: Increase the number of partnerships by effectively positioning our products and services.
Lead Generation: Evaluate existing leads, prioritize them, and generate a continuous flow of client acquisition by meeting monthly goals.
Relationship Building: Establish strong connections with potential partners through effective communication, cold calling, and providing support.
[How You'll Help Us Achieve Our Goals]: As a Partner Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping the Partner Department achieve its goals. Your contributions will include:
Making calls and scheduling appointments with potential new partners, expanding our network and driving growth.
Following up on leads from the database and providing effective communication and customer service support, ensuring a positive experience for potential partners.
Conducting cold calls to follow up with potential partners, nurturing relationships, and fostering interest in our offerings.
Working dynamically and ambitiously to meet goals and bonuses based on performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Managing metrics and tracking performance to meet targets, providing valuable insights and supporting continuous improvement.
Assisting in managing the base of data leads, ensuring accurate and updated information for effective outreach and engagement.
