**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and replicate technical issues, ensuring accurate documentation and reproduction steps.
- Utilize SQL and database skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
- Take ownership of the bug queue, ensuring timely and effective resolution of reported issues.
- Potentially assist in incident management, contributing to swift and effective responses.
**Key Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in development or technical support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
- Familiarity with UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- Exceptional prioritization and communication abilities.
- Proven experience with high volume technical issues in a dynamic tech environment.
