We are seeking a skilled Business Development Director to drive revenue growth, develop long-term client relationships, and execute sales plans that maximize sales and revenue.

About the Role

This senior leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and objectives, collaborating with the Marketing department to execute marketing plans, establishing and managing key client relationships, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales plans to achieve maximum revenue and sales growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives aligned with company goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, to develop and execute marketing plans
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Petroleum, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial front-end, supply chain, planning, operations, or related fields
  • Commercial skills, customer orientation, and advanced communication ability

Preferred Skills

A strong candidate will possess:
  • Data analytics skills to drive business decisions
  • Proficiency in SAP, Unix, Power BI, and Excel

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Tenaris offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
