About the Role:

The Lrqa Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Sales and Marketing: Work closely with our marketing team to ensure quality leads and support external sales teams
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customer services and technical delivery teams
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and good organizational skills to multitask

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in manufacturing/power/downstream/upstream Energy sectors
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in lead generation, sales/marketing and client facing role with proven track record of securing contracts
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
