Business Development Manager for Cybersecurity Solutions

Welcome to IBM, where you will have the opportunity to build a career in cybersecurity solutions. As a Business Development Manager for Cybersecurity Solutions, your primary role will be to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and revenue for IBM's Security point of view.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
About this RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for leading customer presentations, describing IBM's Security point of view, solution, and proposal through a value-driven sales approach. You will also collaborate with and act as a liaison between our customers, pre-sales solution people, and Business Partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing financial solutions for engagements based on client requirements and developing business cases.
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams in developing complex solutions for specific client opportunities and in developing client deliverables such as request for information (RFI), request for proposal response (RFP), and statements of work (SOWs), and client proposals/presentations.
To be successful in this role, you should have the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently and develop pursuit strategies and support new business opportunities. This includes defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements.
You will need to have experience leading multi-functional teams, or conducting special projects, or managing department(s) (national or international). Influencing people and organizations is also essential for success in this role.
