Key Responsibilities

  • Configure software systems to meet client requirements
  • Manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously
  • Provide exceptional support to customers throughout the onboarding process
  • Create and maintain knowledgebase documentation for the department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Experience working with web-based software and SaaS customer onboarding/integration

Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
