The Senior Manager, CRM is a key member of the customer relationship management team at Univision Communications Inc. and is focused on driving upgrades from the ad-supported video streaming product to the subscription video streaming product. This person will understand the value proposition of the subscription product and communicate that value through all available channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive upgrades to the subscription streaming video service
- Increase engagement on both ad-supported and subscription-based video streaming services
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies using data to drive customer behavior
- Partner with key groups, such as product, data analytics, and strategy to maximize product upgrades
- Develop best practices to understand what to message, which channels to use, and who to contact about upgrading product
- Report performance and insights on campaigns, customer behaviors, and tests to leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of marketing experience working with a subscription-based product
- 3-5 years developing and executing CRM campaigns in support of growing subscription services
- Experience working with a CRM Tool (e.g. Braze or similar)
- CRM or Lifecycle experience launching customer campaigns and testing new channels to increase revenue targets
- Understanding of how to communicate product value to drive upgrades
- Data literate and able to understand and consume the output of data visualization tools and dashboards
- Spanish and English language fluency
