Job Summary

The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is a key member of the technology team, responsible for ensuring seamless integration of functions to meet business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of application support principles and the ability to partner with multiple technology areas and management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements.
  • Analyze existing system logic, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
  • Provide expertise in application support and advanced understanding of principles.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Systems Analysts to determine and document system impacts and support requirements.
  • Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and security issues, communicate impact, and propose risk mitigation options.
  • Act as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts and allocate work.
  • Perform in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Directly impact the business by influencing strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services.
  • Persuade and influence others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in application support.
  • Practical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large development projects at one time.
  • Proficient using basic technical tools and systems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Education

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Language

English (fluently).

  • Experience on System and Service Security platforms (SSO/Siteminder, CitiMFA, CyberArk, SSL, etc.).
  • Good knowledge/experience with cryptographic algorithms.
  • Excellent knowledge/experience with CitiBanamex in-house security systems (S041, SAPUF, SSS, etc.).
  • Good knowledge on Middleware Technology (TIBCO SOA Services, API/Microservices, MQ).
  • Knowledge on Database Technology (ORACLE, DB2).
