Human Resources Business Partner, Mexico and Puerto Rico

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Mexico and Puerto Rico. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
