Job Summary
Waters Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within the Central and Southeast Region, promoting our comprehensive portfolio of cutting-edge products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level clients in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Strategically drive sales within the Central and Southeast Region.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to deliver an aggressive call cycle and business development activities.
- Develop and implement a Territorial Business Plan.
- Design solutions with lasting and meaningful business impact to our customers.
Requirements
- University Degree in scientific areas such as chemistry, biology, or biochemistry.
- Minimum 3+ years of technical knowledge and practical solution selling experience in the field of Analytical Chromatography or related.
- Experience in a laboratory, with a background in chromatography and mass spectrometry.
- Exposure within the relevant field/industry.
- Highly passionate individual with charisma, perseverance, and determination.
- Customer-focused with very good listening skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate complex technical issues.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive sense of humor.
- Good priority setting and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of computers and the use of standard Windows-based packages.
- Proficient English and local language skills.
Travel Requirements
- A clean driving license and a valid passport will be required.
- This is a territory-based position with traveling within your designated territory, and occasional travels to other countries for meetings and training.
