Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team in Obregón, Mexico. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of field sales representatives to ensure delivery of sales targets and business results.
- Create and manage annual business unit plans to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales activation and reporting against KPIs.
- Fully understand category and insights knowledge to coach the team in using category tools to engage and influence customers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of market and routes-to-market in which Mondelēz International operates.
- Experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Perseverance and attention to detail.
