**Job Summary:**

This role involves providing exceptional customer service while handling administrative tasks, ensuring seamless delivery of services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Process and manage shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, adhering to confidentiality and data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to process improvements, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs (34 kg) and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs (68 kg) with appropriate equipment.

**Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
