Job Description

Customer Success Manager

Schneider Electric Gruppe is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through effective relationship management and strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Identify and Match Client Needs: Analyze client requirements and match them with Schneider Electric Gruppe's products and services to drive successful expansion and renewal.
  • Secure Customer Experience: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of contract services and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Align with Business Goals: Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of industrial processes and a preference for product knowledge in energy products, energy systems, and industrial automation.
  • Language: Advanced English proficiency.
