About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative to join our team at Nutanix. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer retention and subscription renewals for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on maximizing the value from Nutanix solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure performance against key metrics
  • Provide data analysis reports to customers to deliver proof of value
  • Advocate for customer needs and share feedback cross-departmentally
  • Proactively manage account escalations with internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Experience with a renewal and recurring revenue model
  • Knowledge of technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud, and networking
  • Advanced English language skills
